The operating system (OS) is a Program that manages and controls a computer’s activities. You are probably using Windows 10, Linux, or macOS. Windows is currently the most popular PC operating system. Application programs - such as an Internet browser and a word processor - cannot run without an operating system.

Operating system or operating system is a computer's resource management software, hardware and software resource management, providing services for application programs and end users.

Operating system, abbreviated as OS, is a software that manages all the hardware and software components of the computer. In there:

• Hardware includes: CPU, RAM, ROM, imported devices (mice, keyboards, ...) along with export devices (printers, speakers, projectors ...).
• Software includes programs or applications installed on computers and web browsers.

The administrative system is a core component of every computer and mobile device, and it plays an important role in ensuring stable operation and efficiency of the system.

Operating system includes the following main components:

• Kernel

Kernel is an important component of the operating system. Kernel provides basic services and functions to manage and control the hardware and software of the computer.

Kernel also processes requirements from user programs and coordinates access to system resources, such as memory, processor and peripheral equipment.

• API

As an application programming interface, it allows application developers to write code modules.

• User interface in Operating System

User interface is the part that users interact with the operating system. There are two common types of main user interfaces:

Command Line Interface (CLI): Users use commands and command line operations to interact with Operating System.

Graphical user interface (GUI): Users use icons, windows and visual operations on the screen to interact with Operating System
